Kazuma was lost. Well lost was a bit of an understatement at this point. His dad him had him do something simple. Follow the map, go to the store, buy some food and other necessity's, and come home. Well that was before he lost the directions only god knows where, and long before he found his way to this park. It was a nice enough park, and it was warm out. Not a bad place to get get lost at, tho he needed to get home before the frozen stuff started to thaw and melt.
Kazuma groans "Why did I have to lose that map? Now I'm lost in the middle this city and not a clue how to get back." he sighs as he mentally kicks himself *Where is my sense of direction now when I need it?* He sighs looking around before grinning as he thinks *Well at least the park is really beautiful. I'm sure Otousan will understand when I explain. But I really should look for someone who can give me directions* he thinks looking around.
Kazuma grins as he sees a girl up ahead. He hair is tied into 4 even pig-tails and shes wearing clothes you would see more on a guy than a girl. Kazuma grins running up to her "Ne! Ne! Pigtail-chan! I need help." He says as he makes it up to her grinning still holding all the groceries "I'm lost, can you help me find my way home?" he asks grinning

...Jeez, today is so boring...
There she sat, narrowing her blue-green eyes as she stared out into the small pond which resided in front of her. Summer days were annoying, when you really have nothing to do, no where to go, and no one to talk to. Sabaku no Temari yawned as she stretched on the old wooden bench behind her, the Sun was shining a bit too bright for her but it reminded her a bit too much of the warm temperatures which resided in Suna.
The Suna girl though jumped when someone called her from afar. Not only did he address her which such a voice that reminded her of Uzumaki Naruto, but he called her 'pigtail-chan"...now that is just weird. Jerking around, she looked at the boy with a slight look of confusion. "You need help...? With what?" Temari asked softly noticing the grocery bags which were positioned in his arms.
If he thinks I'm going to help him carry those bags...I might just lose my complete faith in men
Though, her dead-pan expression changed when he stated that he was lost. "Oh~ So you're new to Konoha? What a place to get lost in... the park was not such a good idea, since it's kind of big" she laughed softly brushing away the drops of water in which sprayed over her denim jacket. Sighing, she placed it off of her shoulders and around her waist, looking back up at the mysterious boy she walked over to him smiling.
"Sure. I'll help ya~ So where do you live, stranger?"

Kazuma laughs "My name isn't stranger pigtail-chan, its Kazuma! Yamada Kazuma!" he says with a grin. He laughs at her comment about where to get lost. "Its not like I chose to get lost here pigtail-chan. I lost my directions somewhere in the store and have been lost since. Some how I wandered my way here" he says with a nervous laugh.
He sighs lightly before grinning again "So Pigtail-chan can you help me? I live at (insert random address 2 blocks from the park and school). We're just moving in so Otousan sent me out do to some shopping for the house." he says with a grin before asking "Ne Pigtail-chan, do you like kendo? Because my dad is opening a dojo below our house, and since your helping me I can probably get him to teach you for free!" He says with a grin.
Kazuma smiles at Temari "you know pigtail-chan your pretty kawaii!" he says with a grin as they walk "Where do you go to school? I'm starting at Konoha High after summer!" he says grinning

"Kazuma. huh? Well... just to let you know, my name isn't 'pigtail-chan'. It's Sabaku no Temari." the Suna girl spoke with a somewhat tired tone. How could someone lose directions in a store...? That seems a bit odd for her, but she reminded herself that most people did not live in the heart of Suna once with a father who actually owned some parts of the city, and know the city in which was allies with Suna. But... she kept that information to herself.
"As I said, just a few minutes ago... I'll help you. I mean, most newcomers to Konoha have problems with directions around here. C'mon it's this way" Temari spoke softly pointing her index finger to the right. Though when he asked her questions, she mainly shook her head no. "Nah, Im not really into Kendo and such, I may be the fighter-type but I rather use my own body than a weapon of some sort. But thank you for the offer" she smiled softly back to him with her hands behind her back.
Sighing, she tightened the arms of her denim jacket which was positioned around her waist a bit tighter due to the slipping feeling she felt, but by accident when he called her 'kawaii' the arms were strangling her waist. Her hands were gripped tightly around the cuffs and her blue-green eyes widened a bit before shaking it off.
"Me? I go to Konoha High. It may not be as close to where me and my brothers live, but Asu-chan recommended it to me when I met him a few years back". She grinned sheepishly thinking about most of the people who encourage her, Kankurou and Gaara to enter said school. "Oh really? Well, Im certain you'll like it there since Tsunade-sama's in charge".

Kazuma grins at her "Temari-chan is a cute name too!" he says with a grin before laughing nervously "I feel kinda foolish getting lost here because I've been to plenty of citys and never gotten lost. Then again I haven't been here since I was born." He grins at her "You know Temari-chan, kendo isn't all about sword play." He says with a laugh grinning "Anyway the offer still stands if you ever decide to come!"
Kazuma blinks at her reaction to him calling her cute before asking "Ne, Temari-chan you ok?" He asks as he start to walk backwards in front of her looking at her curiously tilting his head to the side as he thinks. *Why did Temari-chan tighten her shirt so much? Wouldn't that hurt?* He thinks before asking "Ne, Temari-chan, why did you seem so surprised when I said you were cute?" He asks confused before grinning "Yatta! That would mean your my first friend from school Temari-chan!"
Kazuma blinks "Tsunade-sama?" he asks confused. "So thats the principle?" he says before laughing. "Who is 'Asu-chan?'" he asks blinking. He thinks *What should we talk about, I can't think of anything b-* his thinking gets cutoff as he trips on a rock and falls landing on his back hitting his head off the ground before saying "owwwwww" as he rubs the back of his head. He blinks as he looks up at Temari before laughing nervously "Sorry about that Temari-chan, a guy shouldn't be so weak in front of a girl." He says before getting up dusting himself off a little before grinning at her again.

She smiled sincrely at him before shaking her head into a negative direction once again. "Thank you for your offer, Kazuma. If I could though, I would love to join just to try something new... but I've got alot of things on my hands at the moment" How she wanted to go, but with running the house with two brothers to look after even though they were not that much younger than her... Temari had alot of stress to deal with as it is.
Though she jumped back when he asked his next question, trying the brush that topic away quickly the Suna girl decided to answer as quick as possible. "...Well, it's just that I'm not used to that sort of answer,,, I mean, I'm not the type of girl to get such compliments!" she grinned sheepishly before they turned the corner.
"First friend from school...? Already on the 'friend base' I see~ And yeah, Tsunade-sama is the principle who has been helping me for awhile now since I moved out here with my brothers. Asu-chan is just Sarutobi Asuma, he's also a really good friend. So I'm sure, you'll like both of them" The Suna girl grinned before noticing Kazuma now on the ground. "Hey~! Are you alright?!"
Her blue-green eyes stared at Kazuma confusingly before he dusted himself off and put himself back in place to stand up. "Heh, So if a guy shouldn't be so weak in front of a girl, then does that mean a girl doesn't have to be so strong in front of a guy?".
A question like that was one of the ones that puzzled her completely from time to time.

Kazuma smiles "Of course not, women don't have to impress men." he says simply with a smile "Its a mans job to protect the one he cares about, his job to show her he cares. And most importantly, to care for her most of all." he says with a smile.
"Dose that answer your question Temari-chan?" he asks before walking beside her. "I don't understand why Temari-chan doesn't get compliments. Temari-chan is really pretty, cute, and nice." he says before tilting his head at her "Why don't you get compliments Temari-chan? Surely the guys around here aren't THAT blind are they?" He says with a frown "Sometimes I'm very disappointed with those that share my gender. Women deserve the most respect because they have to support men. Why are other guys so blind to that?" he says talking more to himself then Temari.

"Heh, I've only known you for a few minutes and you're giving me such compliments..." Temari chuckled softly as she pulled at her quartet ponytails, though jerking her head to the left, the Suna girl jestered Kazuma to follow with her index finger.
"...It's not that the guys are blind... it's just that I'm not the type of girl for their interest. I usually keep to myself, try and be one of the guys though showing my feminine side just for kicks. Most boys keep away from me though 'cause they've heard of my 'so-called' reputation, and just are scared" As a sigh escaped from the tugs of her lips, Temari grabbed hold of Kazuma's arm while they met up with a certain cross-street that Temari knew as...
...The Crosswalk of Death...
As each car zipped by with such speed, Temari had to keep her eyes latched on the light and those speed demons at the same time. "You need to be careful here, Kazuma. My foot was nearly severed on this cross-street... so make sure you look both ways MORE than 5 times!"
Loosening her grip from his arm, Temari let go before they were finally able to cross. "Well come on~ We're almost there"

Kazuma blinks back into reality when Temari starts to talk and he give a nervous laugh. "I'm sorry. I can stop if you don't like it." he says with a weak smile. He scratches the back of his head nervously "Then the guys around here have horrible taste. I can tell that Temari-chan is very strong, I don't understand why a guy wouldn't want a strong girl supporting him." he says before smiling. "But then again I guess I should be happy that the guys around here don't like you." he says before grinning.
Kazuma blinks as she suddenly grabs him as a car zooms by. "This can't be worse then some of the cities I've lived in." he says before laughing as they walk across. "Once I had to wait 2 hours to cross this one street because of how busy it was, and how inconsiderate the drivers were." he says with a frown.
He grins when she says that they are almost there "Yatta! These bags are starting to get heavy." he says with a laugh. "Did you ever notice that Temari-chan? Even something light starts to feel really heavy if you hold it for a long time." he says before laughing "Isn't that funny how that works Temari-chan?"

A slight smile graced her lips while she listened to Kazuma talk to her. There was something about him that calmed her nerves, even though they've been together for only a few minutes... for some reason the Suna girl knew she could trust him.
"Yeah~ I know how you feel. You see, since I'm a huge fan of tradition japanese culture, I'm usually carrying home giant fans which I decorate the house with" she smiled sheepishly before giving her shoulder a quick massage.
"They were a bit heavy to carry back home at first, but then I started to get used to them... now though, they've been making my arm sluggish. Really weird, huh?" Temari froze for a moment looking up at the street sign with a smile on her face.
"Heyy~ We're here~! So which one is your place, Kazuma?"

Kazuma grins pointing at the building with the large moving van in front of it. "That one." he says with a light laugh before smiling at her giving a polite bow "Thank you for your help Temari-chan, I guess I'll see you later since your probably too busy. And I wouldn't want you to feel strange if I invited you over and had you do nothing while we moved things. And it would be horribly impolite to ask you to help so." He takes he hand giving it a light kiss before grinning "Goodbye Temari-chan! I'll see you in school!" he says happily before running off toward his house thinking *I like Temari-chan, I can't wait for school.*

She smiled, and a wide smile at that. It was rare to see such an occasion but Temari was very happy at the moment. Turning her head over to the house which Kazuma stated he lived in, she reminded herself of the address and everything.
Though, blue-green eyes widened when he kissed her hand. A slight flush came to both apples of her cheeks, and the blonde gulped softly. "It's no problem, Kazuma... I'm just doing my job of helping around..." As she began to walk away, she jerked around waving back at Kazuma grinning happily.
"Hope to see you at school too, Kazuma~! And also... next time, I would enjoy checking out your house~ Hope to see you soon"
